    The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to enter into a contract with a qualified Certified Public 
    Accountant Firm to conduct an annual audit of financial transactions and accounts kept by or for the District, for the fiscal
    years ending June 30, 2026; June 30, 2027; June 30, 2028, June 30, 2029, June 30, 2030 and to complete the
    Uniform System of Financial Records (USFR) Compliance Questionnaire. 

    Background

    Littleton Elementary School District #65 is in towns of Avondale and Tolleson in Arizona and consists of nine K-8 grade school and one District Office complex. The district has 650 employees and serves approximately 6,000 students. No quantity is guaranteed. Vendor must accept purchase orders. All purchases must have a District issued Purchase Order in place before any product or services are ordered or received.
