The Bentworth School District requests QUOTES on the attached list of GENERAL SUPPLIES subject to the following conditions:Quotes shall be received electronically via PennBid at https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com no later than 10 AM on April 10, 2026. Documents can be obtained at no cost on PennBid. Questions regarding this project shall be submitted electronically via the “Ask a Question” feature in PennBid. Quotes may be awarded at the May board meeting.2. All materials and/or supplies furnished in this quote shall be as specified.Items shall be quoted at a price guaranteed until August 31st, and shall include the total price of the items delivered to the location specified by the school district. Any taxes, fees, or licenses required for the sale of any item shall be at the expense of the vendor. The school district will provide the successful vendor with such exemption certificates as it is legally eligible to use.All quotes must include FREIGHT CHARGES to the designated building or buildings of the School District. Acceptance of delivery of any of the items upon which freight and drayage are not prepaid will be refused. All items ordered and not delivered within ninety (90) days of ordering will be automatically canceled. All invoices for items delivered should be billed after delivery.Acceptance of these conditions shall be indicated by the return of this document signed in ink by an officer of the company authorized to sign such documents, along with the quote.The School District reserves the right to award the quote on an item by item basis, to accept a quote in total, or to reject any or all quotes.The vendor must specify the unit price and total price. The unit price will prevail in the event of any discrepancies.
