    STATE UNIVERSITY OF NEW YORK NOTICE TO BIDDERS State University of New York at Oswego will receive electronic secured bids via the e-builder platform for Project No. 100314 Titled: Bldg 12 Fuel Tank Replacement until 2:00PM local time on Tuesday February 17, 2026 at 2:00pm Proposals are to be submitted electronically via e-builder ( https://gateway.app.e-builder.net/app/bidders/landing?accountid=c1007a87-19e9-483f-98b2-599731ba4506&projectid=0116dc2d-96c6-4326-95f0-f6667ce70c1e&bidpackageid=2bc37429-5a33-476b-9f72-3dedd3bd92d7 ). Proposals will be opened and read aloud via a conference call, with the bid results to be posted online thereafter. The original bid package is to be mailed to SUNY Oswego, Purchasing Department, 402 Culkin Hall, Oswego, NY 13126. All work on this Contract is to be completed within 93 days after the Notice to Proceed. Scope of Work: Removal of (2) existing above-ground fuel tanks and fire suppression system. Installation of (2) new above-ground fuel tank systems with minor site work to support the new design. Prior to submitting a bid vendors must be registered with the New York State Department of Labor Vendors must submit their certificate of registration at the time the bid is made. A non-mandatory walkthrough been scheduled for Thursday January 29, 2026 at 10:00am to fully understand the parameters and constraints which affect the preparation of the bid for the same.
