All work on this Contract is to be completed within 93 days after the Notice to Proceed. Scope of Work: Removal of (2) existing above-ground fuel tanks and fire suppression system. Installation of (2) new above-ground fuel tank systems with minor site work to support the new design. Prior to submitting a bid vendors must be registered with the New York State Department of Labor Vendors must submit their certificate of registration at the time the bid is made. A non-mandatory walkthrough been scheduled for Thursday January 29, 2026 at 10:00am to fully understand the parameters and constraints which affect the preparation of the bid for the same.
