    1.28.26 - OMH issues IFB 25-103 The NYS Office of Mental Health and the Bronx Psychiatric Institute are seeking to procure, through an Invitation for Bid (IFB), a contractor to provide HVAC Maintenance at 1500 Waters Place, Bronx NY, 10461. The required specifications are listed in Appendix D of the Contract Boilerplate. (BP) Interested Vendors should review the Contract Boilerplate and IFB document for further information. Bids must be submitted using the attached excel sheet Bronx PC - HVAC & Refrigeration #C202445 BQS. There is a Mandatory Site Visit at 10:30 AM ET on Monday, February 2nd, 2026, at 1500 Waters Place, Bronx NY, 10461. Questions regarding this solicitation are due per the instructions in the IFB by 3:00 PM ET Friday, February 6th, 2026. Questions will be accumulated by OMH, and responses will be sent to potential bidders on Wednesday, February 11th, 2026. The Q&A will also be posted to the contract reporter. Bids are due no later than 3:00PM ET on Friday, February 20th, 2026. No late bids will be accepted. Please check the Contract Reporter website frequently for updates.
