Service consists of daily, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly, and yearly janitorial services to 92,000 square feet of facility restrooms, breakrooms, office spaces, lobby, reception desk, hallways, training classrooms, kitchenettes, windows, outdoor seating areas, and floors, as further detailed in the Scope of Work. Contract Term: 36 months (3 years) from Notice to Proceed Work Performance Period: 36 months from Formal Start Work Date Job Showing is Optional - Monday, February 2, 2026 at 9:00 AM. Attendance is not required to submit a bid. It is the responsibility of the bidders to download any addenda as needed. Participation in Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise Program (DVBE): The DVBE participation requirements are mandatory for this bid. Small Business and Small Business Subcontractor Participation: A five percent (5%) Small Business Preference will be granted to properly certified small businesses.
