Call for Business Plans:

DEP Seeks Concessionaire for Jonathan Dickinson State Park

The Florida Department of Environmental Protection’s Division of Recreation and Parks is seeking business proposals for concession operations at Jonathan Dickinson State Park, located in Hobe Sound. Requested services include but are not limited to boat tours, event management, food and beverage, and recreational equipment rental. Additional services may be proposed.  

WHAT:      Mandatory On-site Meeting* 

WHEN:     Thursday, June 18, 2026
                 10 a.m. EDT

WHERE:  Jonathan Dickinson State Park
                 16450 SE Federal Highway
                 Hobe Sound, FL 33455

*Interested parties must attend this meeting to be eligible to submit a proposal. 

To register for the mandatory meeting or to submit questions in advance, please email Jake Landry at FPS.Concessions@FloridaDEP.gov by 5 p.m. EDT, June 15, 2026. Preregistration is not mandatory but is recommended. Proposals must be submitted no later than 5 p.m. EDT, July 10, 2026.
