    Description

SUNY ESF is looking for a full-service marketing agency to help run multiple campaigns for prospective undergraduate students and graduate students. Specifically, we are looking for agencies with deep knowledge of Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and bandwidth to build marketing elements to both raise brand awareness and recruit. The first and main task will be to run the campaign for the prospective undergraduate student community from September, 2025 through March, 2026, and to do so with specific regions agreed upon. The ideal agency will work with the creative aspects the campus can contribute to enhance visibility across search engines and to help bring together the important overlaps of all the programs we offer, which might include working to also engage with marketing our MPS and micro credentials. Proposals should include details for a paid media plan, including implementation, preferred platform integration, performance reporting, and project management, with a gross media outline. SUNY ESF intends to make an award under our discretionary authority pursuant to NYS Education Law Section 355(5)(a), which is up to $125,000, for the above-noted commodity/product or service.
