Any Bid received after said date and time will not be opened. A complete proposal packet may be obtained online, at no cost, at https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com/.Capital Region Water intends to award the contract to the overall lowest responsible bidder as determined by Capital Region Water’s Board of Directors in the best interest of Capital Region Water.There is no mandatory pre-bid meeting to discuss this Bid and Agreement however, bidders may request to schedule site visits to the delivery location if submitted online in writing in the PennBid Procurement Portal “Messages” Section, “Vendor Discussions” tab by Friday, April 17, 2026, 12:00 p.m.Performance Bonds and Payment Bonds are required for this bid in accordance with the contract documents.
