The Work of this Contract is intended to include “dig-up” and “open cut” or “excavation” type maintenance work. A non-collusion affidavit is required for this Bid.While Bidders may make comments to clarify their bid, Bidders cannot change, modify, delete or make additions to the wording to any of the Bidding Documents including, but not limited to, the Agreement. Unauthorized conditions, exceptions, limitations, or provisions attached to a bid may be cause for rejection of the bid.
