It is the sole responsibility of the Contractor to ensure that their proposal arrives by the designated submission date assigned. Sealed proposals will be opened immediately after the bid submission deadline and read aloud publicly. A 5% bid bond is required. Contractors shall submit their bid in an internal envelope marked bid and in a separate sealed envelope for the bid bond.
