PURPOSE: The Maryland Environmental Service is soliciting competitive sealed bids from qualified Contractors to provide rehabilitating the existing elevated water storage tank, replacing the existing well pumps, and a new water treatment building including various process, electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and other related items. The project also includes limited site work, including sediment control, stormwater management pond, and pavement. Located at 29449 Charlotte Hall Road Charlotte Hall, MD 20622. NOTE: MES will only accept Electronic Bids on MES Procurement Portal (https://menv.bonfirehub.com/). Mailed, Emailed, Faxed, or Hand Delivered (paper) bids will not be accepted. Requested Information on the MES Procurement Portal must be submitted on or before the bid due date, Submission option will not be available after the bid due date. Bidders may follow-up with the procurement department procurement@menv.com to determine if their Bids were received on time. Conditioning a bid or proposal or any other MES solicitation or bidding document will deem your bid or proposal non-responsive and not be accepted COMAR 21.05.02.22.
