Bidders may follow-up with the procurement department procurement@menv.com to determine if their Bids were received on time. Conditioning a bid or proposal or any other MES solicitation or bidding document will deem your bid or proposal non-responsive and not be accepted COMAR 21.05.02.22. Bids will be opened electronically in public at the date and time specified in the solicitation. Bidders can attend the bid opening through the shared link provided in this solicitation.
