Sealed proposals for the City of Carbondale Concrete Driveway Apron Replacement, Columbia Hose Co. #5, 2 South Main Street, Carbondale, Lackawanna County, Pennsylvania, will be received by PennBid until 2:00 p.m. on May 18, 2026. All properly submitted proposals will be publicly opened and read at the regularly scheduled Carbondale City Council Meeting at 6:00 p.m. on the same date.Scope of Work: The work on this project will include but is not limited to the removal and replacement of an 18’ x 50’ concrete driveway apron.Project drawings and specifications may be obtained at PennBid. A satisfactory corporation surety shall provide security in an amount equal to 10% of the base bid.
