    SUMMARY OF FACILITIES & SERVICE FREQUENCY Facility Service Frequency Contract Term City Hall – 47 Castle St 2 days/week (Mon & Thurs) 12 months Public Safety Building – 255 Exchange St 3 days/week (Tues, Wed & Fri) 12 months Recreation Complex – 666 S. Exchange Street 1 day/week 12 months Lakefront Public Restrooms – 47 Lakefront Dr Sat–Sun (April–October) Seasonal Lakefront Trash Service April–October Seasonal 3. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS Contractor Responsibilities Contractor shall: Provide all labor, supervision, equipment, and cleaning supplies. Coordinate work to avoid disruption of City operations. Perform services after 5:00 PM unless otherwise noted or approved. Maintain service logs for restrooms. Use products approved by the City (organic preferred). City Responsibilities City will supply: Trash liners Toilet tissue Paper towels Hand soap Insurance Requirements General Liability: $1,000,000 per occurrence Automobile Liability: $1,000,000 Workers’ Compensation (NYS compliant) City of Geneva named as Additional Insured Termination City reserves the right to terminate for unsatisfactory performance with 15 days written notice. 4. DETAILED SCOPE OF WORK ITEM 1 – CITY HALL Frequency: Mon & Thurs (2x/week) After 5:00 PM Each Service Visit Includes: Empty all trash & recycling receptacles and replace liners Clean & disinfect all restrooms Vacuum carpets (minimum once weekly; high traffic areas each visit, including elevators) Sweep all tile floors Clean Wood floors & Mop tile floors once weekly minimum (twice weekly during inclement weather) Spot clean glass and doors Clean break rooms Dust horizontal surfaces Restock sanitary supplies Clean all stairwells & elevator Monthly Services: Dust blinds Clean interior lobby glass Excluded from Base (Add-Alternate Pricing Required): Carpet shampoo Strip & wax floors Exterior window cleaning ITEM 2 – PUBLIC SAFETY BUILDING Frequency: Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday (2x/week) After 5:00 PM Each Service Visit Includes: Empty trash & recycling and replace liners Clean & disinfect all public and staff restrooms Vacuum carpets (minimum once weekly) Sweep and mop tile floors Clean break rooms and offices (trash + vacuum) Spot clean glass and doors Spot clean walls as needed Monthly Services: Dispatch Room full cleaning (scheduled coordination required) Jail Cells full cleaning (all holding areas) Excluded from Base (Add-Alternate): Annual carpet extraction Floor refinishing Exterior window cleaning ITEM 3 – RECREATION COMPLEX Frequency: Once a week Time: TBD Each Service Visit Includes: Empty all trash & recycling receptacles and replace liners Clean & disinfect all restrooms Sweep, clean and/or mop all floors Spot clean glass and doors Clean office space in complex and office building Dust horizontal surfaces Restock sanitary supplies ITEM 4 – LAKEFRONT PUBLIC RESTROOM FACILITY Frequency: Sunday–Saturday Season: April 1 – October 31 (minimum 6 months guaranteed) Each Service Visit Includes: Empty trash & recycling receptacles Clean & disinfect toilets, urinals, sinks Restock paper products Clean mirrors and stainless fixtures Sweep and mop/disinfect floors Spot clean partitions and walls Maintain cleaning log Additional Event Days City reserves the right to request up to 10 additional cleaning days per season Minimum 2-week notice required. ITEM 5 – LAKEFRONT TRASH SERVICE Season: April 1 – October 31 Base Service: Empty up to 20 receptacles 1 visit per weekday 2 visits per Saturday & Sunday Transport refuse to designated City dumpsters City reserves the right to adjust frequency based on seasonal demand.
