Scope of Work

The scope of this project is the complete replacement of all existing chilled water (CHW ) distribution piping throughout the Miami gardens municipal complex. The work encompasses the central chiller plant building, city hall (multi-story office complex with council chambers), the police department building (multi-story), and the connecting parking garage. New piping shall match the routing and location of the existing system per drawing. The piping material will be steel schedule 40 with welded joints. All chilled water pipe will be insulated with 1 1/2” of foam glass insulation and aluminum jacket. All condenser water piping will be insulated.

MANDATORY A Mandatory pre-proposal meeting will take place IN PERSON and a Site Visit on July 15, 2026 at 10:00 AM. ADDRESS : 18605 N.W 27TH Avenue Miami Gardens, FL 33056 (Community Room- 1st Floor) SITE VISIT WILL COMMENCE IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE PRE-PROPOSAL MEETING.
