Civil Engineering Services for New Park Restrooms (Various Parks)

The City of Victorville is requesting proposals for Civil Engineering Services in preparation of new pre-engineered restroom installations at Eagle Ranch Park located at 12587 Eagle Ranch Parkway, Victorville, CA 92392, Schmidt Park located at 13576 Mustang St, Victorville, CA 92394, and Green Tree Golf Course (Holes 5 & 14) located at 14144 Green Tree Blvd, Victorville, CA 92395. The scope of work shall include, but is not limited to, reviewing the site survey and generation of construction documents as stated in this Scope of Service. The Consultant shall comply with all OSHA requirements and safety guidelines associated with the work within this contract.

Evaluation Criteria

• Consultant's Qualifications and Performance History (30 pts) —

  Qualifications and experience of the entity and key personnel assigned to the project.

• Proposed Approach (25 pts) —

  Proposed approach, including clarity of understanding of the scope of services to be provided and appropriateness of the proposed services.

• Timeline (25 pts) —

  Timeline from commencement to completion of the proposed services with a preference to commencing the study as soon as practicable.

• Reference Checks (20 pts) —

  Reference check regarding consultant's history of providing quality work, cost effective performance, and responsiveness and timely services.
