Clover NOLA Food Service Program Vendor — CACFP Vended Meals (Main, Patrick Taylor & Educare Campuses)

Clover NOLA, Inc. invites written proposals from qualified vendors to provide unitized vended meals (breakfast, lunch, and snack), including milk, for its Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) at three approved sites across three New Orleans campuses: Clover Academy at the Main Campus (1600 Constance St.) and Patrick Taylor Campus (901 Richard St.); Clover Cares adult day program at the Patrick Taylor Campus; and Educare New Orleans (3801 St. Bernard Ave.).

Refer to the attached Request for Proposal/Contract and all attachments for complete terms, specifications, and required forms.

The contract term is September 1, 2026 through August 31, 2027, with the option to renew yearly for up to four additional years. This is a fixed-price, per-meal contract, and price is the primary award factor.

Proposals are due by 12:00 p.m. (noon) Central time on August 7, 2026. Each submission must be dated and timestamped by Clover or its bidding portal.

Interested vendors may submit online using this platform; proposals may also be submitted by hand or postal mail and shall be delivered between the hours of 9:00 am and 3:00 pm Central Time (CT), Monday through Friday, at:

If not submitting through this portal/platform:

• Four (4) paper copies plus one electronic copy are required;

• Documentation must be furnished in a sealed envelope marked "Vended Meals Proposal" followed by the vendor's company name;

• An electronic copy of the entire proposal must also be submitted, whether by USB drive in the sealed envelope or by sending the entire response after proposals have been opened.
