Scope This contract is for creating and delivering messages that promote a product, service, or brand. This was awarded by categories and subcategories. This contract includes subcontractors/authorized resellers/authorized distributors who are certified as WA State small, OMWBE, or Veteran-owned. Some contractors may have multiple certifications. Category 5 Graphic Design - is the use of visual communication by combining images, word, and ideas to convey information to an audience. Category 6 Video Production & Editing - is the creation of digital video content for communication and marketing purposes. Note: This Contract allows for orders and payments to be made through awarded Contractors or their authorized fulfillment partners (subcontractors) identified in the vendor table below. It is recommended that purchasers seek 3 quotes from awarded Contractors regardless of dollar amount. Since these were competitively bid contracts secondary competitive solicitations are not required, obtaining 3 quotes is a best practice to allow for comparison. Purchasers would not be subject to the Delegated Authority limits for these contracts and there would be no requirement for debriefs and protests for these quotes as they are purchases from DES approved contracts.
