Services may include:• Comparative cost-benefit and risk analysis of joining an existing CCA versus launching a standalone program.• Evaluation of governance structures, representation, and voting rights within existing CCAs.• Assistance with negotiations, contract development, and onboarding processes.• Transition planning, including customer enrollment, billing, and regulatory compliance.• Development of community engagement and communications strategy specific to joining a regional CCA.• Long-term support in program integration, reporting, and stakeholder management.
