Contractors are responsible for bidding on the Contract Documents. The Contract Documents include this Invitation for Bids, the final design plans and specifications, and General Information for Bidders. Contractors shall provide a total lump sum bid based upon the requirements of the Contract Documents. Award of this bid will be made to the lowest, most responsive, and responsible bidder that meets or exceeds the terms, conditions, and specifications of this solicitation; is in the best interest of the County; and is deemed to be capable and qualified to perform the work.
