    Sealed bids in duplicate on behalf of D.R. Horton – Texas, Ltd. on behalf of Fort Bend County Municipal
    Utility District No. 188 will be received electronically, until 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, June 23, 2026, and then
    publicly opened and read for furnishing all plant, labor, material and equipment and performing all work
    required for the Construction of Westridge Mass Grading and Detention.

    The bids will only be received electronically bid through CivcastUSA. The electronic bids will be
    publicly opened and read via conference call. Physical bids will not be accepted.

    For construction contracts $50,000 and over, the bidder shall submit a certified or cashier's check on a
    responsible bank in the State equal to two percent (2%) of the maximum total bid amount. Make the
    cashier's check or bid bonds payable to the Owner.
