The Design Drawings and the Specifications are hereinafter referred to together as (“Plans and Specifications”). B. Please note that the Plans and Specifications portray the design intent of the project. The estimated duration of the Construction Phase of the Project, to include final acceptance and administrative “close out,” is approximately 240 days.
