The Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board (PLCB) has posted the following Solicitation: IFB 275043 and is seeking a Bidder to provide and install a paper cutter machine in accordance with the specifications set forth in this Invitation for Bid. All Bidders will be required to register in the PLCB’s online self-service Oracle Supplier Portal as a “Non-Merchandise” supplier of goods and services. Registration must be completed before a bid can be submitted or a Purchase Order (PO) fully executed. Information on how to register and related training can be found by clicking the link below. (Please Note: A PLCB Supplier number will NOT be immediately generated upon submission of registration. The request will be processed by the LB Supplier unit within 3-5 business days from date received. Failure to update the Supplier Portal of any changes to supplier information may result in delayed payments.
