The bids will be read at the Commissioners Hearing Room at the Dauphin County Administration Building.Bids will be received for the following contract(s):General Construction Plumbing Construction HVAC Construction Electrical ConstructionCopies of the Contract Documents may be obtained at no cost at pennbid.bonfirehub.com.All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents shall be submitted via PennBid’s Public Q&A section. No questions will be accepted by phone, fax, or direct e-mail. Each bidder must deposit, with the bid, Security in the amount of 10 percent of the bid and subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders.The work in connection with this project constitutes a Public Works by a Public Body under Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. Bidders are advised that prevailing minimum wage rates, promulgated by the Pennsylvania Secretary of Labor, which must be paid to workmen employed on this project, are incorporated in the Contract Documents.Contractor agrees to comply, and to require compliance by any subcontractors providing services on this Project, with Dauphin County Ordinance 01-2022. In the event of a conflict between any provision in the contract documents and Dauphin County Ordinance 01-2022, Ordinance 01-2022 shall prevail.A Prebid Conference will be held at the Dauphin County Parks and Recreation Admin Building, 100 Fort Hunter Rd.
