    The Delaware County Solid Waste Authority (DCSWA) will receive Proposals online via The PennBid Program up until 1:00 p.m., Local Time, Friday, March 6, 2026 to furnish and deliver, as requested, for a term of one (1) year, Various Classifications of Soil, Delaware County Solid Waste Authority, Rolling Hills Landfill, Earl Township, Berks County, Pennsylvania.Bids will be opened and electronically display at 1:00 p.m., Local Time, on that date.Information on bid security, bidder qualifications, who has authority to sign Bid, and Pre-Bid Meeting (if any), are stated in the Instructions To Bidders.All questions must be submitted electronically via PennBid.The Bid must be accompanied by Bid Security made payable to OWNER, in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total amount Bid in the form of Official Bank Check, Certified Good Faith Check, Irrevocable Letter of Credit or a Bid Bond issued by a Surety meeting the requirements of paragraph 4.1 of the Procurement General Conditions.
