    Description

    The New York State Unified Court System (“UCS”), Office of Court Administration ("OCA") is soliciting sealed bids for the provision of hotel accommodations and conference services for approximately one-hundred and fifty (150) attendees at the UCS’ Domestic Violence/Integrated Domestic Violence conference. This is a two-day conference with overnight lodging starting the night prior, scheduled to be held during one of the following date ranges: November 4-6, 2026, OR November 18-20, 2026, to be held in New York City as described herein. Only one of these date ranges will be selected for the conference. The scope of work, including all required services, shall remain the same regardless of the conference date range selected. Bidders must complete Exhibit F: Bidder Availability Form to indicate the date range(s) for which they are available to host the conference. Bidder must have the capacity to hold the conference meeting and dining space at one hotel facility. Should the bidder’s proposed hotel for the conference not have the capacity to meet the total overnight lodging requirement for each night of the conference, the bidder may meet the overnight lodging requirement by “partnering” with one or more hotels (“Partner Hotel”).
