No questions will be accepted by phone, fax, or direct e-mail.Each bidder must deposit with the bid, Security in the amount of 10% of the bid for one year of disposal and subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to BiddersBidders are advised that they must comply with Federal Highway Administration Regulations of Part 382 of FHWA Codes under the Omnibus Transportation Employee Testing Act of 1991, as amended, as it affects licensed CDL drivers and addresses controlled substance and alcohol testing and reporting of drivers with CDL's performing driving functions and safety sensitive functions.Inspections of the Wastewater Treatment Facility may be arranged by contacting Christian Jordan (Ext.1) at 717-292-4911.All bids shall remain irrevocable for one hundred twenty (120) days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
