How to Use this Contract 1. Establish an MMCAP membership. If your organization does not already have an active membership, an application is available here. After application submission, MMCAP will be in touch directly to help with new user orientation. If your agency has already processed an application to use MMCAP contracts, another application is not required, though each delivery address and point of contact must be identified with MMCAP. 2. Establish an account with the awarded contractor of your choice by contacting the noted representative, if not already active.
