    Per TGC 2269 and 437.054, the Texas Military Department is seeking bids to replace the failed air-cooled chiller system and associated chilled water piping at the Dyess AFRC and restore reliable HVAC service to thefacility. This building is located at 819 3rd Street, Abilene, Texas 79607. The Contractor shall supply all labor, tools, equipment, and materials necessary to perform the work under the contract. Vendors MUST attend one (1) of the two (2) MANDATORY site visits at 819 3rd Street Abilene,Texas, 79607 at 10:00 A.M. on July 14, 2026 OR 10:00 A.M. on July 15, 2026. Failure to attend one of the two (2) site visits will result in disqualification of the response. There will be no technical questions answered at this conference.
