    The project will include grading, resurfacing, and replacing the gravel parking lot located near the playground and the new Bobby Alford Pavilion. A total of seventy-five (75) new pervious concrete and gravel parking spaces shall be clearly identified as part of the new improvements. A new 2-in. asphalt road linking East Bay Street and Greenwich Drive will be added. The consultant will be responsible for providing detailed site plans including widths of driveways, widths of parking stalls, location of landscaping islands, barriers, etc. to ensure compliance with the City’s parking ordinance.
