    Sealed bids will be received electronically through PennBid by the East Goshen Municipal Authority for Waterview Sanitary Sewer Pipe Lining, Contract No. WVPL-2026 until 11:00 AM, prevailing time, on the 3rd day of April 2026, at which time they will be publicly read at the East Goshen Township office, 1580 Paoli Pike, West Chester, PA 19380. All documents and solicitation details are available online anytime at no cost at PennBid (www.PennBid.net).Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond payable to the Owner in an amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid or bids. Only bonds from companies licensed to do business in the State where the Owner is located will be accepted and the bond shall so state same.This project involves cured-in-place pipelining of ±4,695 L.F. of 8-inch diameter asbestos cement gravity sewer pipe.Bids must be submitted unconditionally.
