The New York State Department of Transportation (NYSDOT) is soliciting proposals and bids for the purpose of establishing Purchase Authorization (PA) contracts through which NYSDOT users may purchase needed elastomeric concrete kits. See IFB (under Documents Tab of this CR Ad) for complete details of the solicitation opportunity, including METHOD OF AWARD, QUALIFICATION OF BIDDERS, and STATEMENT OF WORK/SCOPE. Interested business entities can also inquire as to availability of the Bid Package in writing, and are encouraged to inquire via email to “Purch-Assist@dot.ny.gov”, stating their interest in the release of the IFB, and requesting to be placed on the Bidder’s List. When requesting a bid solicitation package, please provide full business entity name, address, contact telephone number, and the business entity’s federal employer identification number (FEIN).
