Results will be posted after bids have been evaluated. Vendors who submit a bid will be notified of the results via email. The email will include a spreadsheet of all vendors, and the amounts of the bids submitted for the project. Please include the name and email address of your contact person in the cover letter so we can send the notification of bid results. Bids will also be posted on Eaglemountaincity.com/purchasing. Once a vendor is chosen for the awarded contract all vendors will be notified of the vendor who will be awarded the contract. The chosen vendor will submit the remaining required insurance, bonds, and other required documentation with a signed contract.
