Work under this Contract includes furnishing of all supervision, labor, materials, tools, equipment and performing all operations required to construct the Work in accordance with the Contract Documents. One or a combination of more than one of the work described herein may be required to be performed at any given site pursuant to the requirements of the Work Order governing the site. If any changes are required due to conflict of design and or field conditions, the Engineer will make the final determination. The Contractor and all subcontractors, under this Contract, are prohibited from performing any work, other than specified in the Contract and/or directed by the Engineer, within the limits of the project site, without prior written notification to the Engineer. This includes any work for private or commercial entities. Location of Work: A. This is a work order driven contract. The location(s) of work to be performed under the terms of this Contract will be determined by the Engineer prior to assigning the work. The County does not guarantee a minimum or maximum amount of work per bid item. 1.The County will assign work to Contractors, depending on the areas affected, as contiguous as possible. 2.The actual location (s) of work shall be identified in the Work Order (s) issued subsequent to the Award of the Contract.
