    The College intends to establish a contract with a qualified Contractor to conduct a comprehensive compensation and classification study for full time teaching and non teaching faculty . No adjunct faculty is included in this Scope of Work. The study will examine current pay structures, internal equity, and the College’s position in relevant labor markets, and will provide clear, data driven recommendations to support competitive, equitable, and sustainable compensation practices. The Contractor will evaluate education, experience, longevity, and market based premiums for high demand or hard to fill roles; assess the effectiveness of such premiums; and recommend revisions where needed. Current salary structures, position descriptions, and relevant agreements will be provided to the awarded Contractor. Firms are encouraged to bid on both separately, if qualified and interested.
