The services being procured through this Solicitation / Request of Proposals (RFP) are set forth in the documents attached. The AIDMS shall automate the identity management and credential issuance process for all individuals requiring access to secure and non-secure areas at SFO. Contractor shall deliver all necessary system software, and design components, including configuration services to support the installation, implementation, integration, testing, and maintenance of the AIDMS. It is expected that the Contractor shall provide recommendations to SFO for workstations and peripherals for the Airport to procure separate from this contract. The system must meet the capabilities outlined in the Agreement. Contractor shall provide the services identified in the Agreement. Phase 1 shall include the development, implementation and all hardware, software and AIDMS functionality. Phase 2 of the work will include the warranty, maintenance and support of the AIDMS. Contractor shall be responsible for providing comprehensive training and user documentation to ensure effective system operation. The AIDMS must support TSA requirements for security vetting, credential issuance, and recordkeeping, thereby contributing to enhanced security operations at SFO.
