Description: San Francisco International Airport (Airport or SFO) is seeking qualified and experienced suppliers (Proposers) to provide proposals (Proposal) for operation of the Airport’s Curbside Management Program (CMP), including all operational, administrative, and managerial functions. The services being procured through this Solicitation / Request of Proposals (RFP) are set forth in Appendix A, City’s Contract Terms. The Airport has a complex and highly congested roadway system used by commercial ground transportation operators that provide services to millions of passengers each year. The selected firm is responsible for comprehensively managing and coordinating commercial ground transportation operations on Airport terminal curbsides and in staging lots for commercial operators. The CMP firm monitors and dispatches taxi services, monitors curbside limousine operations, and monitors the staging lots for taxi cabs, limousines, and Transportation Network Companies (TNCs). Contractor shall manage and staff the Airport’s Curbside Management Program (“CMP”). The scope of work includes monitoring and controlling commercial ground transportation on terminal curbs and in various parking/staging lots, administrative support for the Taxi Smart A-Card Program and Airport-approved Taxi Applications, as-needed cashiering for the taxi system in the event of system failures, supporting the implementation and maintenance of ground transportation management systems, provide customer service and wayfinding support and janitorial services for staging lots. Under the RFP, commercial operations will include taxis, limousine, TNCs, airporters, and crew shuttle operations. For more information regarding this solicitation, please review the attachments: 1.
