Bid results will be available online at http://PennBid.Bonfirehub.com following the meeting.The project will include the installation of a new picnic pavilion, ADA access path, trees, fencing, and other site improvements including drainage. The items of work are identified more specifically in the Project Specifications. This project will be awarded to one Contractor.All Bidding Documents are available at no cost at. http://PennBid.Bonfirehub.comA certified check or bank draft, payable to the order of the Frailey Township or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and acceptable surety in the amount of 10 percent of the Total Bid shall be submitted with each bid.The SUCCESSFUL BIDDER will be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory Performance and Payment Bond, each in the amount of 100 percent of the Contract Price with a corporate surety approved by the Owner. PA Prevailing Wage Rates apply.This bid is for a public works contract and bidder is therefore subject to the provisions, duties, obligations, and penalties of the Public Works Employment Verification Act, 43 P.S. 167.1-167.11.
