Fuel Supply, Carlock Access, and Mobile Fueling (Wet-Hosing) Services

Natomas Unified School District invites qualified vendors to submit proposals for fuel supply, secure cardlock fueling access, and scheduled mobile fueling (wet-hosing) services for District fleet vehicles and grounds equipment. The District is seeking vendors capable of providing diesel fuel supply, unleaded gasoline supply, secure cardlock fueling services, mobile fueling services (wet-hosing), and fuel usage monitoring and reporting. The selected vendor must be able to provide reliable fuel access, accurate reporting, responsive customer service, and competitive pricing while supporting the operational efficiency of the District. Natomas Unified School District maintains a fleet of vehicles and equipment used for student transportation, maintenance and facilities operations, grounds and landscaping services, and administrative support functions. Reliable access to fuel is essential to ensuring safe, efficient, and uninterrupted operations across the District.
