    The proposed Project consists of pavement rehabilitation and preservation for approximately 174 local streets. Pavement rehabilitation and preservation includes but is not limited to: cold milling and removal of existing asphalt concrete (AC) pavement surface, slurry seal, construction of new AC or ARHM pavement surface, crack sealing, installation of striping and signing, construction of median and City monument. The selected Consultant must provide experienced personnel available for assignments with a proven track record as it relates to all activities of public works construction.
