    SEALED BIDS WANTEDSealed bids will be received online via the PennBid Program (https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com) by the Borough of Gettysburg, Adams County, Pennsylvania, until 10:00 A.M., Thursday, May 7, 2026, for the following.Contract No. 1 – Street Improvement work, including base repair, mill and fill repair, and decorative crosswalk reconstruction. Additional work includes drainage-related improvements in the vicinity of existing inlets and curb ramps along Middle Street and Stratton Street.Contract No. 2 – Street Preservation work, including single-sized chip seal, bituminous surface treatments, and fog seals. Additional work includes crack sealing, painted white lines, thermoplastic white lines, double yellow lines, and self-adhering paving fabric.The bids will be publicly opened and read electronically, via PennBid’s website, at 10:00 AM (prevailing time), same date. Bid results will be available end of business day, same date.Copies of Bidding Documents for 2026 Street Improvements and 2026 Street Preservations are available online and at no cost via the PennBid Program at https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com.NOTE: The Council of Gettysburg Borough have authorized C.S. Davidson, Inc., to act on their behalf by opening bids.
