Any late CRPs interested in submitting a bid will be excluded from consideration if they are late.This courtesy posting is an advertisement of a procurement opportunity for the Purchasing from People with Disabilities Advisory Board, not the Division of Purchasing.The contract award for this solicitation will not be posted on this website. Instead, you will need to contact the designated individual/office as identified in the solicitation document. This solicitation posting will be canceled/closed upon the closing date of this solicitation; however, a vendor’s response will still be evaluated by the Purchasing from People with Disabilities Advisory Board as described in the solicitation document.The Division of Purchasing is neither the issuing nor conducting procurement unit for this solicitation, as such it is the vendor's responsibility to review the entire solicitation in order to comply with any requirements.Please note that this contract is offered under Utah Code Section 63G-6A-805, and all requirements of this code must be met to submit a bid. Responders must meet the definitions of a Community Rehabilitation Program as described in 63G-6a-805(c). These requirements include the following:• Community Rehabilitation Program: operated primarily for the purpose of the employment and training of persons with a disability by a government agency or a qualified nonprofit organization which has been identified as a 501(c)(3).• Community Rehabilitation Program: maintains employment ratio of at least 75% of program employees under procurement contract have severe disabilities.• Community Rehabilitation Program: complies with any applicable occupation health and safety standards prescribed by the US Dept. of Labor; or is a supported employment program approved by the Utah Office of Rehabilitation created in Section 35A-1-202• Community Rehabilitation Program: has its principal place of business in Utah; procures any good provided under this section in Utah; and provides any service that is provided by individuals with a majority of whom domiciled in Utah.As stated in the Attachment B - Scope of Work, all qualified vendors are required to attend a mandatory site-visit.Please note that there is a 1GB limit on a single file upload.
