Prospective bidders must be at the building site at 10:00 a.m. to be considered an attendee. Attendance at this meeting is strongly recommended. The purpose of the meeting is to give all prospective bidders the opportunity to inspect the site and to ask questions concerning the specifications. Any questions or concerns can be addressed at this time.
No bid shall be withdrawn after opening of bids without the consent of the Village of Oak Brook for a period of ninety (90) days after the scheduled time of opening bids.
The Village of Oak Brook reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in bidding and to accept the bid deemed most advantageous to it.
