    Description

    The City of Ontario's Facilities Maintenance Department is responsible for maintenance and repair of buildings owned by the City of Ontario. The Public Works Agency is assigned to manage the facility maintenance programs including HVAC maintenance and repair services. The City's facilities inventory includes approximately 55 buildings. The buildings range in use from office/professional to community recreation to public safety (in use 24 hours per day, seven days per week). The goal of the facility maintenance program is to provide economical services that sustain and restore City facilities to maintain a clean and safe environment while giving an appearance that will inspire public confidence. The intent of this Request for Proposal is to solicit electronic proposals from qualified firms with experience in providing HVAC maintenance and repair services for public facilities. The City is looking for the most responsive and responsible firm that will be committed to providing the best level of service in maintaining the City's HVAC units. Through a competitive qualification and proposal based procurement process, the City of Ontario intends to enter into an agreement with a qualified firm for HVAC maintenance and repair services.
