Offeror and all Investigators maintain Arizona Department of Public Safety Private Investigators Licenses, and which are uploaded to the Vendor Questionnaire.
Offeror provides investigative services in one or more areas listed in the Scope of Work.
Offeror has uploaded Pricing Proposal to Vendor Questionnaire.
Pricing for services must be itemized by service on an hourly basis. Charges that are not calculated on an hourly basis must be separately itemized.
