    The City of Kennewick is requesting a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified Consultants registered in the State of Washington to provide Professional Engineering Services for the City of Kennewick Public Works Department. Statement of Qualifications will be accepted until 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, June 16, 2026. Please submit all SOQs via e-mail to Heath.Mellotte@ci.kennewick.wa.us, with a subject line “Island View to Vista Field Transportation Network SOQ.” The selected Consultant will complete final design of a shared-use pathway and pedestrian bridge, with plans, specifications, and estimates (P&E) ready for potential advertisement by Winter 2028 and construction anticipated to begin Summer 2029, as funds become available. Easement acquisition will be required to accommodate the proposed improvements and are expected to be completed before the end of December 2028, with the potential for a one (1) year extension. Construction Engineering professional services may also be included as an optional component of the scope of work.
