Q (No subject): Would the irrigation system also be included in addition to the landscaping services? Our company also specializes in irrigation system installation, tree trimming and planting, and general yard maintenance. We also have our own waste containers for debris removal.
A: No, irrigation is not involved. This is just for grounds maintenance.
Q (No subject): Could you please provide the project locations so that I may obtain a clearer and more comprehensive understanding of the scope of work? Additionally, if a project map or any geographical reference is available, I would appreciate the opportunity to review it.

Q (No subject): Regarding fertilization services, could you please clarify whether these services are required to be performed directly by the company awarded the contract, or if the awarded contractor is permitted to utilize a subcontractor to perform this scope of work.
A: Services must be performed directly by the awarded company not a subcontractor.
Q (Pricing): Can you please provide the current pricing for the advertised schools that are part of this bid
A: You would need to submit a Public Records Request for that information.
Q (Ave Marie Elementary): Because this is still under construction, could you provide details from the Build out like Turf sq footage, bed space square footage etc? Thanks
A: We are removing Ave Maria Elementary from this bid. Once construction is complete, we will rebid this school. I will post an addendum shortly.
