    The City of Milton Public Works Department requests that interested parties electronically submit formal bids for the Legacy Park Improvements. The scope of this project generally consists of the construction of asphalt parking lot, wall construction, septic lines, grading, drainage, landscaping, and lighting. To bid on the contract, the contractor must be listed on the current Georgia Department of Transportation Pre- Qualified Contractors list. No exceptions. All qualified bids will receive consideration without regard to age, handicap, religion, creed or belief, political affiliation, race, color, sex, or national origin. The City of Milton reserves the right to reject any or all bid/proposals and to waive technicalities and informalities, and to make award in the best interest of the City of Milton.
