ITQ-MP-26-22 Printing and Mailing for Davie Update Spring Publication

The Town of Davie is seeking a qualified firm to provide printing and mailing services for a Davie Update publication in 2026.  Approximately 48,500 copies are printed. Of the 48,500 copies printed per issue, over 48,250 copies (give or take, based on the most up-to-date mailing/distribution list available and provided by the vendor) are to be addressed and mailed to the residents of the Town of Davie; the remaining balance, after mailing, are to be delivered to the Public Information Office located at Davie Town Hall, 8800 SW 36th Street, Davie, FL 33328 (Building C). Note, the estimated quantities do not constitute a guaranteed minimum order. The Town reserves the right to make changes including alterations, reductions therein or additions thereto.

Contractors must specialize in heatset type printing and must have a minimum of two years experience in offset and digital printing. Contractors must provide evidence of experience in submission. Contractors must submit the names and contact numbers of at least three references that they have been doing business with in the past 6 months. The estimated budget is $15,000.00
