The project also includes the implementation of erosion and sediment pollution controls, stream bypass, and other associated site work.Bidders are advised that prevailing wage rates and record-keeping procedures established by the Pennsylvania Department of Labor & Industry shall apply for bids exceeding $100,000 and that minimum salaries and wages as set forth in the Contract Documents shall be paid on the project. Bids of $100,000 or less are exempt from prevailing wage rates.A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, March 4, 2026, at the Jackson Township Municipal Building.Jackson Township hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all bidders, to reject any and all bids and to waive any omissions, errors, mistakes, defects or irregularities in any bid at its sole discretion.
