This agreement obligates Jackson Township to meet certain compliance requirements. If the said compliance requirements are not followed, funding for the project will be at risk. The bidders’ attention is directed to Exhibit A of the bid package, which contains the Greenways, Trails, and Recreation Program Grant Contract requirements. This document outlines the specific requirements of the Greenways, Trails, and Recreation Program. Submission of a bid for this Project will be considered the Contractors acknowledgement of these requirements and commitment to adhere to the same.Prevailing wage rates and record-keeping procedures established by Pennsylvania Department of Labor & Industry shall apply to the project.A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, April 21, 2026, at the Jackson Township Municipal Building.Jackson Township hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all bidders, to reject any and all bids and to waive any omissions, errors, mistakes, defects or irregularities in any bid at its sole discretion.
